YES… WE, US WILL ALWAYS BE A NATION OF IMMIGRANTS; BUT THAT DOESN’T MEAN THAT ANYONE CAN JUST BE ALLOWED TO COME IN…

An almost uncontrollable US border crisis is imminent… If not taken seriously, this issue more than any other socio-political problem troubling the US today can become the Democratic Party’s demise in 2024…

The dire consequences it can bring just in a very near future can be besides chaotic also unpredictable if not prevented ASAP…  This is a tragic, grave, and humanitarian situation that concerns us all, Americans and lawful citizens living in the the US, in spite of our political party of choice…

Democrats and Republicans, both are and will continue being responsible for this crisis until they’ll finally fix it in a bi-partisan way and quickly…!!!

The state of emergency isn’t only because it’s unfair for Americans and lawful citizens living in the US to be unprotected from the criminal intent of some of those un-vetted immigrants, that are trafficking with drugs like fentanyl – which’s causing so many deaths, mainly in young people – or those Coyotes and hoodlums dedicated to human trafficking, or even from other criminals running away from their countries to hide in ours, where they might continue their criminal life in a place where they can’t even be found or identified, because there are no records of their entry…

That state of emergency is also for humanitarian reasons on behalf of those looking for legal asylum in the US, or even those who’re just looking to enter illegally… When they see on TV and in the News – from their failed nations — our broken immigration system and how easy it’s to cross our borders without being stopped, it raises hope and emboldens thousands of people across the globe, but mainly from Central and South America, making them take unimaginable risks to come to our borders and try to force their entrance inside the US by whichever legal or illegal possible means…

Those that finally make it into the US by illegal means, only realize that a new set of hardships awaits them besides having to hide for being undocumented, and by preservation instincts some tumble into a criminal life to be able to survive… The fact that some of them acquire false documents already is a crime in itself…

These immigrants are of all ages, most of them with no or very little education, they come through deserts and jungles, where all kind of perils awaits them, from the natural elements to the Coyotes that financially bleed them promising to bring them to the US for prohibited prices, but sometimes never delivering, and in many cases letting them die in the middle of the Mexican deserts; but what’s even worse are the many women and teenage girls who’re raped in the process, or used and abused by human traffickers…

These unfortunate souls who’re escaping their country because of different dangerous situations, being political or drug cartel related or because of lack of job opportunities, hunger and poverty, shouldn’t be given high expectations of asylum nor nurturing the idea that they can break the US Immigration Laws with no consequences…

For the immigrants sake we should have programs in place where they can apply safely from their own country – through US Embassies and Consulates — avoiding to put themselves in dire situations as well as their children who some of them bring along… That in itself will avoid having all these people live as homeless – for lack of shelters — by the border waiting for an opportunity to enter…

Vetting immigrants that want to live in the US is most important, not everyone should be let in, they’ve to be people that are prepared to come in and be self-sufficient, and not a burden on our system already overwhelmed with many other pressing responsibilities…

So far, no party has really done anything permanently fruitful to avoid the crisis that’s gathering in our borders with Mexico…

The ruling party has dodged the issue for too long, also relying on partners who’re practically the opposite, they’re our enemies; these are nations under socialist/communist oppressive regimes; and under the influence of the Cuban and Venezuelan Castro-Chavismo that hates America and would do anything to destabilize our nation… Some of these countries are also influenced by Russia with whom they’ve commercial exchanges…

These rogue regimes are taking advantage of our chaotic immigration crisis to embed in our society not only drug dealers belonging to cartels that are deeply involved with these Latino-American tyrannies, but also sending trained people mainly from Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, etc as spies and destabilizers of our system by abusing the generosity of our laws, or implanting ideologies that are opposite to our democratic values, liberties, and freedoms…

This is a real opportunity for the Biden Administration to fulfill their promise of delivering a Comprehensive Immigration Reform, and for Republicans that now have the majority in the House to act responsibly and offer their help and support in a bi-partisan way, solving the issue in a more compassionate but also in the most effective possible way, on behalf of the American people…

Unfortunately, a faction of the GOP in power continues with the idea of impeaching Alejandro Majorca and POTUS Biden on their failed immigration issue; which’s nothing more than a pretext to avenge Dems 1/6 pursuit against Trump and his allies for sedition and insurgency…

As well as many of the Radical Right Wingers want to stop the kind of immigration that can cause the “great replacement” of the white American born population, with all kinds of immigrants of darker skin color, fear that’s fueled by the Conspiracy Theory that diversity is weakness, and that the open borders supported by dems is to increase their voter base so they’ll be able to rule America forever…

Such stupidity only raises the question of how can democrats determine which of those immigrants – whom they allow to enter illegally in the US– will ultimately be granted citizenship, and if they do became American Citizens how can they be sure that they’ll all vote democratic…???

What these Right Wingers are forgetting is that Democrats don’t need immigrants to vote for them, they always win the Popular Vote by many more millions than their Republican counterparts…

It’s also questionable and with a total lack of compassion the actions of some Republican Governors, who like Abbot and DeSantis sent buses with immigrants – under false pretenses — to blue states to avenge their liberal immigration policies…

All these unnecessary and absurd actions only create more confusion and chaos than helping solve the problem…

Meanwhile, the Biden Administration through their Department of Homeland Security has prepared a six-pillar plan for the end of Title 42; which includes sending more resources to secure the borders, more officers to expedite and take care of the petitions, imposing severe consequences for unlawful entry, requesting more help from nonprofit organizations, going against all kind of smugglers and working with international partners; which aren’t many, mainly in Latin-America…

Their heart is in the right place, but what about their actions…??? Isn’t it a bit too late, when we’re under the pressing looming disaster…??? Will they really take action and enforce their plan…???

Since the refugee crisis is global, why hasn’t been created an international powerful organization capable to intervene – even militarily — to depose, indict, and incarcerate all those corrupt authoritarian tyrants that disgrace their nations – less talk and much less bureaucracy, the only useless actions taken by the UN or the OAS  — as well as teach and bestow much more help to the oppressed citizens and empower them to fight for their human rights, and against those dictatorships that want to trample over their liberties, freedom, the right to the best education they deserve, and good quality of life…???

Countries whose citizens can have a safe and normal life, and opportunities to raise a family under a roof, with food on their tables, with good affordable schools and colleges, with also affordable health care for all, will never see their citizens emigrating to other countries, because they won’t need to, nor want to…
