The beauty of America is it’s openness to the world… US Humanitarian Laws have allowed thousands of millions of immigrants and refugees from all over the world to come here and create the melting pot that we’ve become today… We’ve learned to celebrate our differences, we enjoy our folklore, our customs and our exquisite cuisines, realizing – as time goes by — that there can be Unity in Diversity…
None-the-less, the way immigration is happening in America – since a few years ago — is opening the doors to a continuous destabilization and erosion of our society, by the constant abuse of the system coming from communities and mainly individuals that aren’t afraid to commit anti-social or criminal acts, because they practically don’t exist, they never can be traced, or they can’t be accounted for…
As well, the proliferation of fraudulent illegal ID’s like US Passports, Diver’s Licenses, etc have never been so alarming… Do we really know if some people are who they say they are, do we actually know who can be trusted or not…???
The perfect example of this chaotic situation is the Venezuelan migrant crisis… Venezuelans come to our borders trying desperately to enter the US, mainly through Texas, and most probably through Arizona and California as well…
What GOP Governors Abbot and DeSantis did, to send Venezuelan migrants – who were manipulated with lies — in buses and by air to destinations in the East Coast, as a political statement of disgust against these suffering people looking for asylum, is wrong and inhumane, and it’s also sending the wrong message to our citizens and the world…
But it’s also wrong that the present democratic government isn’t doing enough to detain and stop the overwhelming flux of migrants that are crossing our borders without background checks, without an organized effort not to flood our streets and cities with people that can’t help themselves, who already suffered enough trying to come here to find that their conditions and livelihoods have worsened, and some of them even are in need to go back to the failed societies they came from…
The immigration crisis is unfair to Americans and migrants as well…
I also question the intentions of some of these Venezuelan migrants… Obviously, they come here hoping to have a better life… Currently, most Latin-American countries are denying them entry, so the US is their last resort and practically, if they like it or not, their only choice…
But how many of them really love America or feel grateful for the opportunities they can find here…???
The first and second wave of Venezuelan migrants were citizens that – some — already had a double nationality – Venezuelan American — or already had established businesses and investments here in the US… They also came for the love and admiration for America’s democracy, and its freedoms… Meanwhile, others with less economical resources were very well educated people, with professional backgrounds, who were considered assets to the American society…
These new set of Venezuelan migrants, are mostly the same Chavistas that for years voted for Chavez and Maduro, hoping – in their instigated by those leaders social resentment — get the riches of the wealthy, that the Chavista regime promised them but never fulfilled… These corrupt leaders only achieved the opposite, bringing more poverty, famish, disease, and insecurity to the nation…
These current Venezuelan migrants were taught to hate America calling it the evil Empire, and for years they heard their leaders blame all of Venezuela’s ills on the US Government and the sanctions; which were never against the Venezuelan people, but against their leaders and their assets that were frozen, to be returned to Venezuela once democracy will be restored…
Are these migrants deeply brain washed, coming full of hatred and resentment against the US, and as many Central-Americans think, do they also believe that we Americans actually owe them, because according to their regimes we are to blame for their failed nations…???
They’re disappointed at Maduro’s regime, but they still believe that Chavez populist and leftist ideology is the real deal, meanwhile American capitalism is demonic and oppressive… Do we need these kind of migrants that don’t love America and don’t accept or understand our values, liberties, democratic means, and freedoms, stay here among us…???
I welcome the new law for these Venezuelan migrants; which should be applied as a general immigration rule… Venezuelan asylum seekers will have to go through very strict background checks, and only will be able to stay in the US if they find reliable and trustworthy people to sponsor them…
I wouldn’t even have the minimum doubt that Venezuela and Cuba are also sending among these asylum seekers trained individuals, to help brain wash, destabilize, and abuse our societies…
Venezuela, since Hugo Chavez’ raise to power in 1998 – a populist leftist dictator — who became President of Venezuela by democratic means and subsequently usurped the power by force, slowly but surely depleted the country… Corruption and tyrannical military repression was his ruling style until he died in 2012…
Chavez, knowing he was going to die leaves a successor, Nicolas Maduro, who in the 2013 elections committed electoral fraud and ever since he has been oppressing the Venezuelan people…
Maduro’s another Putin’s puppet, to whom the Venezuelan regime owes millions of dollars in arsenal of war; but mainly Maduro follows Cuba’s explicit orders, imposing a crippling oppressive regime, that destroyed the economy of this beautiful and once one of the most richest nations in the world…
Maduro’s corruption, missteps and poor judgements, elevated the poverty levels, as well as the crime and insecurity on the streets of Venezuela to extreme conditions, collapsing the only source of the nation’s revenues, the state run oil company PDVSA…
Chavez and Maduro did quite the opposite they promised in their political campaigns, to save Venezuela from corruption and destitution… Instead, these unfortunate tragic events have contributed to the famish and despair of these same people that helped Chavez and Maduro come to power, sending about 7 millions of Venezuelans out of the country in search for a better life for their families, and for themselves…
Lets welcome all those migrants that come to our coasts and borders with love and good intentions, but lets vet them, lets make sure that they won’t be a menace to our amazing and noble country, and lets protect ourselves from the ones who hate us, those who want to destabilize our society and abuse our liberties, our freedoms, and social system…
All photos taken from Martha’s Vineyard, where the Venezuelan migrants were dropped off after they were tricked in Florida by DeSantis’ people…

They were not tricked
Yes… They were lied to and placed on those buses under fall pretenses… I don’t agree with illegal immigration… Everyone that comes to this country should be vetted before giving them asylum, but that doesn’t mean that we’ve to treat them inhumanely…
